Job summary

The St. Petersburg office of Wicker Smith has an immediate opening for a litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of litigation experience and a Paralegal certification is preferred.

Must type at least 45 wpm and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position requires teamwork, strong organizational and writing skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with a case management program is preferred; the role may involve working independently

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of litigation experience is preferred.
• Must type at least 45 wpm and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills are required.
• Experience with ProLaw Case Management Software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation team with case management, document preparation and filing.
• Coordinate with attorneys to organize case files and deadlines.
• Assist in discovery, correspondence, and trial preparation as needed.
