Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars.
• Prepare and organize case files.
• Answer multiple telephone lines.
• Calendar all court deadlines and due dates for several cases.
• Process and prepare correspondence.
• Assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery.
• Prepare legal pleadings and motions.
• Complete court filings and subpoena documents.
