The ideal candidate has 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, familiarity with state and federal procedures, and strong organizational and communication skills. On-site initially with a hybrid option after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation.
• Draft, prepare, and review legal documents.
• Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and court filings.
• File documents in state and federal courts.
• Assist with trial preparation and case management.
