Elgen Staffing is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Philadelphia. The candidate will prepare legal documents, review materials, maintain databases, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings and motions. You will support attorneys across the litigation process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong research skills, familiarity with e-filing, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research
• Familiarity with e-filing in state/federal courts
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in legal research databases and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Paralegal certification is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day tasks include legal document preparation, document review, maintaining databases, legal research and drafting pleadings and motions
