Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filings.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms such as Everlaw, Relativity, LiveNote, Summation, or Trial Director preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation calendars and track all case deadlines.
• Organize, review, and maintain case files and documents.
• Perform document review, Bates labeling, and production preparation.
• Compile information for discovery responses, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Gather documents and assist with subpoenas, agency matters, and litigation requests.
• Prepare case summaries, witness lists, legal hold memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Assist with witness preparation and formal discovery responses.
• Electronically file documents in state and federal courts.
• Support e-discovery projects and litigation databases.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, agencies, and legal vendors.
