CBL Legal Talent is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of law firm litigation experience to support attorneys across all aspects of the department’s caseload in Wilmington, Delaware. You will manage deadlines, filings, discovery, and trial prep with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, maintaining dockets, preparing deposition materials, and coordinating hearings. Proficiency in CM/ECF and MS Office is required, with iManage/Relativity a plus.

Competenze

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience with CM/ECF and Delaware e-filing required.
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, court filings, and case management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of iManage and Relativity is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Organize and maintain court materials and electronic case files.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, correspondence, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Manage litigation dockets, matter dates, deadlines, and calendars.
• Prepare deposition materials and assist with deposition digesting.
• Coordinate deposition, hearing, motion, and trial preparation.
• Assist with paper and electronic discovery, including identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, reviewing, and coding ESI.
• Draft and issue legal hold notices and coordinate with clients regarding discovery and preservation.
• Electronically file pleadings through CM/ECF and Delaware e-filing systems.
• Provide day-to-day litigation support to attorneys while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
