• Assist with discovery, including document collection, deposition preparation, subpoenas, exhibit management, privilege materials, and coordination with vendors and case teams
• Create and maintain case management systems, including electronic files, document collections, and matter status information

Friedman Williams has partnered with a top Wilmington law firm hiring for a litigation paralegal to support attorneys in the firm's corporate litigation group. This position supports attorneys through all phases of complex litigation. Candidates should have experience with court filings, case management, cite checking, trial preparation, legal research, scheduling and knowledge of the Delaware court system.

Responsibilities

• Paralegal and case support throughout all phases of complex corporate litigation
• Cite checking briefs, motions, and court submissions
