Qualifications

• 2+ years paralegal experience at a law firm.
• Legal collections experience.
• E-filing experience (KY preferred, OH a plus).
• Experience scheduling court hearings.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Draft/file complaints, affidavits, motions, exhibits.
• Handle e-filing (KY & OH courts).
• Schedule hearings and manage deadlines.
• Maintain case files and assist attorneys.
• Edit/prepare documents using Adobe PDF.
