Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and summarize legal documents for cases.
• Schedule depositions and meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, court reporters, and others.
• Identify, locate, interview, and evaluate potential experts and send packages for review.
• Track requests for documents and monitor progress of receipt.
• Maintain and update case files; inform clients of status as needed.
• Participate in discovery and trial preparation; draft discovery documents.
• Enter billable time daily; meet the 140-hour monthly minimum.
• Assist with strategic committees, seminar development, and training.
