Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant paralegal experience.
• Prior experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm environment.
• Familiarity with California court procedures, filings, and litigation deadlines.
• Experience with discovery, document production, and case management.
• Strong organizational, proofreading, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and staff.
• Must meet applicable California paralegal qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil and business litigation.
• Assist with discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, document productions, and case materials.
• Prepare and coordinate California state and federal court filings and e‑filings.
• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, case files, and document management systems.
• Organize and summarize records, deposition transcripts, exhibits, and other evidence.
• Assist attorneys with deposition, mediation, arbitration, hearing, and trial preparation.
• Conduct factual and legal research related to active matters.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, notices, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, experts, courts, and outside vendors.
• Help ensure cases move efficiently while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
