Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to support a busy litigation team in Dallas, TX. The role involves managing case files, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and coordinating deadlines.

You will work closely with attorneys across civil matters including commercial litigation, legal malpractice, employment, corporate, and contract disputes. Paralegal certificate required; strong research and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Track court deadlines, discovery obligations, hearings, and other key dates.
• Conduct legal and factual research related to active matters.
• Assist with document review and discovery management.
• Prepare exhibits, hearing materials, deposition materials, and trial binders.
• Transcribe and format legal documents and correspondence as needed.
• Support attorneys with case strategy, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional and ethical standards.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assignments.
• Assist attorneys with preparing pleadings, contracts, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents.
