Trend Personnel is seeking a Senior Litigation/Trial Paralegal in Dallas, TX to support attorneys across all phases of complex litigation. The role emphasizes trial preparation, courtroom support, and case management in high-volume matters.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of trial experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with mass tort, MDL, and multi-state federal litigation is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of trial litigation experience.
• Hands-on trial preparation and courtroom support experience.
• Experience guiding attorneys through complex litigation phases.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings and trial preparation.
• Manage calendars, court dates, discovery deadlines, and trial schedules for multiple matters.
• Assist with document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and trial-related documents.
• Coordinate trial binders, exhibits, and witness files; assist with witness prep.
• Coordinate subpoenas and appearances of witnesses; support trial strategy.
• Handle large-scale document productions and electronic discovery review.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all filings and materials.
