Kisling, Nestico & Redick in Dayton, OH seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys with case management, document preparation, and timely client communications.

The role requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate, strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills, and office-based, Monday–Friday work. Bachelor’s degree preferred. KNR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Paralegal certificate is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Position is based in office, Monday–Friday.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and research facts and prepare documents to support assigned attorney.
• Case management and organization of medical records and related materials.
• Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses and lost wages.
• Log daily mail and prepare/forward medical records to insurers.
• Draft correspondence for case management and settlement documentation.
• Communicate with clients regularly regarding case status.
• Provide support for team members and participate in weekly/monthly meetings.
