Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of litigation experience; paralegal certification is preferred. The compensation includes an hourly wage with a focus on timely case management and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience required.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned case files and track case status.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, notices, motions, affidavits, and related documents.
• Review pleadings for accuracy and prepare filing materials and exhibits.
• Research case files, obtain title information, request client docs, and order title searches.
• Manage service of process and ensure timely filing and service.
• Monitor deadlines and keep attorneys informed of upcoming or missed dates.
• Assist with hearing prep and coordinate hearings with courts.
• Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Research local court rules and communicate with clerks to ensure compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
