Brock & Scott, PLLC is seeking a litigation paralegal to provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

As part of the team, you will handle case management, drafting, and communications with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, ensuring filings are timely and procedures are followed in a fast-paced

Formación

• Experience supporting litigation teams with case management.
• Ability to draft and review pleadings, notices, motions, and affidavits.
• Familiarity with case deadlines and court filing procedures.
• Strong communication with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned case files and monitor status to move matters forward.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, notices, motions, affidavits, and service certificates.
• Review attorney-prepared pleadings for accuracy and organize filing materials.
• Research case files, obtain title information, request client docs, and order title searches.
• Coordinate service of process and ensure timely filing and service of complaints.
• Track deadlines and inform attorneys of upcoming or missed dates.
• Assist with hearing preparation and liaise with courts to schedule hearings.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and title companies.
• Research local court rules and communicate with court clerks to ensure compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
