Zirtual has partnered with a top California law firm to find a suitable 1099 remote paralegal for their office.

Zirtual is a company that promotes work-life balance, offering law firms specialized, experienced virtual paralegals across various practice areas. Our US-based paralegals aim to meet and exceed attorney and client expectations. We provide paralegals in every practice area and state, covering both transactional and litigation work.

Our paralegals are essential members of Zirtual. They serve as the main contact point with their assigned clients and work independently with law firms. They receive support from their assigned Account Supervisor, who assists with plan modifications, questions, quality feedback, delegation, collaboration, and more.

The paralegal will deliver high-level professional services by managing tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring timely and quality execution. They must be familiar with each client’s needs and preferences and maintain consistent, proactive communication.

Availability during business hours, as agreed with each client, is required; around-the-clock availability is not expected. Paralegals are responsible for daily time entry, prompt communication, maintaining detailed client profiles, and following Zirtual’s best practices.

Position Summary

• Remote paralegal with civil litigation, business, and real estate experience
• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per month
• Must have California civil litigation experience and be able to work independently
