Zirtual has partnered with a top California law firm to find the right 1099 remote paralegal for their office.

Zirtual offers law firms practice area specific, experienced virtual paralegals. Our US-based paralegals aim to meet and exceed attorney-client needs. We provide paralegals across various practice areas and states, in both transactional and litigation roles.

Our paralegals are vital members of Zirtual. They serve as the main contact for their assigned clients, working independently with law firms. Support is provided by an assigned Account Supervisor, who assists with plan modifications, questions, feedback, and best practices.

The paralegal will deliver professional services by managing tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. They will maintain familiarity with each client's needs and preferences, and communicate proactively with clients and supervisors.

Availability during business hours is expected, with flexible scheduling based on client needs. Paralegals must record time daily, respond within established timeframes, maintain detailed client profiles, and adhere to Zirtual's best practices.

Position Summary

• Remote paralegal with civil litigation, business, and real estate experience
• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per month
• Must have California civil litigation experience and be able to work independently
