Zoecklein Law P.A. in Central Florida is seeking a Superstar Litigation Paralegal to support our probate and estate litigation department in Sarasota. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of litigation support experience and excels at managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will draft pleadings, manage case files, coordinate with clients and courts, and assist attorneys with trial prep. We offer great benefits and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.

You'll be a skilled, detail-oriented, and client-focused Litigation Paralegal for our Sarasota office to support our probate and estate litigation department. This role requires strong organizational discipline, the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in litigation support and an interest or background in probate or trust litigation matters. The hourly wage range is $25 - $33 per hour.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (5-7 yeasrs of probate or estate litigation experience)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Experience with case management systems (PracticePanther or similar preferred).
