Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of paralegal experience.
• Experience with automated litigation support platforms.
• Ability to leverage AI tools in litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support commercial litigation matters across the firm.
• Provide updates and strategic solutions to the case team.
• Train, coach, and mentor paralegals and support staff.
• Manage accurate time and billing records; attend client meetings, hearings, and trials; travel as needed.
• Work in the office five days per week during the first six months, then at least three days per week thereafter.
