Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in construction defect and/or insurance defense.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Draft pleadings and discovery, including summaries and motions in limine.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and Lexis Form Builder.
