Job summary

Plante Huguenin Launi Kahn LLP is seeking a full-time litigation paralegal for our Roseville office. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, and Lexis Form Builder.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in construction defect and/or insurance defense.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Draft pleadings and discovery, including summaries and motions in limine.

Plante Huguenin Launi Kahn LLP, a business and civil litigation law firm servicing California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Texas, is looking to hire a full-time litigation paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience for our Roseville office.

The ideal candidate will have construction defect and/or insurance defense experience, and be able to perform legal research/writing, draft pleadings and discovery, including page-line summaries and motions in limine. The position requires excellent organizational and computer skills, with specific knowledge in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Lexis Form Builder. A paralegal certificate is required.
