Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a litigation paralegal with several years of experience who can provide high-level support to attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on trial preparation experience, and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of litigation support, including case file organization and trial readiness.
Prepare, format, and electronically file legal documents with federal and state courts (using File & ServeXpress and similar platforms).
Assist with deposition preparation, including exhibits, binders, and transcripts.
Coordinate trial logistics such as witness scheduling and exhibit tracking.
Conduct cite-checking and proofreading of legal documents using Bluebook standards.
Maintain case management systems and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
3–4 years of litigation experience, ideally with direct trial exposure.
Strong knowledge of electronic filing procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and professional communication skills.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday on-site (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM); Friday remote depending on workload.
