Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred; a certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements.
• At least four (4) years of corporate litigation work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electronic filing procedures in Delaware courts.
• Strong organizational, case management, and document management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).

Responsibilities

• Calendaring for multiple attorneys and managing schedules.
• Document management including review, organization, and production for litigation.
• Compile information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, including filings, discovery, and trial preparation.
