ALAGOOD CARTWRIGHT BURKE PC seeks a skilled paralegal with 2+ years of experience in civil litigation and personal injury to join our boutique firm. You will draft and manage pleadings, assist with trial preparation, and maintain case files with deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, and Practice Panther is preferred. We offer a professional team environment, PTO, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation and/or personal injury.
• Familiarity with state and local court procedures; some federal experience may be required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and case management software.

We are a boutique law firm seeking a skilled Paralegal with experience in general civil litigation and personal injury, with the potential to gain probate experience, to join our team. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and manage pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Maintain case files and track/calendar important deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and all counsel in a professional manner.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis.
• Order, review, and organize medical and legal records.
