Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong litigation support skills including drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and legal correspondence, and organizing case files and evidence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including clear client communication, professional telephone and email etiquette, and effective collaboration with attorneys and staff.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing records, summarizing medical and incident reports, and identifying key facts relevant to each case.
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, with a professional demeanor, reliability, and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Prior experience as a litigation or personal injury paralegal is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Florida court procedures, e-filing systems, and local rules is a plus.

Responsibilities
