Role Description

The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys handling personal injury cases through all stages of litigation in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents and pleadings, managing case files, reviewing and summarizing records, and assisting with discovery responses and document production. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing motions and other court filings, coordinating with clients, medical providers, and courts, and tracking deadlines on litigation calendars. The Litigation Paralegal will also assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. This is a full-time, on-site position located in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
• Candidates should possess skills in Legal Research to support case strategy and filings.
• Candidates should possess skills in drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in personal injury and/or family law, including familiarity with Missouri court procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold high professional and ethical standards.
