Role Description

The Experienced Litigation Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. This position supports the District’s legal team with all aspects of litigation, including case management, file organization, and coordination of deadlines. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, assisting with discovery, conducting legal research, and organizing case materials for hearings and trials. The role involves drafting and formatting pleadings and motions, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with internal stakeholders and external counsel. The paralegal will also help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and contribute to process improvements within the legal department.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in legal research using online databases and other resources.
• Experience drafting, organizing, and filing pleadings and motions in litigation matters.
