Litigation Paralegal

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

LHH is working with a law firm in Seattle to find a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to support their team of legal professionals.

This role involves working in various areas of law, including but not limited to insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage defense.

Responsibilities:

• Case management
• Drafting pleadings and discovery
• Conducting investigations
• Interviewing witnesses and experts
• Document review and research
• Collecting and analyzing records
• Trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience
• Paralegal degree/certificate (highly preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with billable timekeeping
