Job summary

The Perillo Group in Sarasota, FL seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. This is a direct hire position for a paralegal who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing a busy caseload.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, managing case files and calendars, coordinating depositions, and e-filing in state and federal courts. Experience in litigation and paralegal certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.
• Knowledge of court rules, procedures, and deadlines for state and federal courts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
