Job summary

Saltu Staffing in San Diego is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a Labor & Employment practice from pre-suit investigations through trial and post-trial proceedings. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Labor & Employment litigation paralegal experience, be skilled with ESI/eDiscovery, and proficient with Westlaw, Adobe Acrobat, and related litigation tools.

Responsibilities include managing document review, subpoenas, depositions, court deadlines, and coordination with court

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Labor & Employment litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in both state and federal courts.
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required.
• Experience with ESI and eDiscovery.
• Proficiency with Westlaw and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Everlaw, TrialDirector, CaseMap, or similar litigation tools.
• Experience supporting depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
