Stone Legal Recruitment in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Paralegal to join its litigation team handling civil defense matters. You will assist with drafting pleadings, discovery, factual investigation, and litigation support.

This is an in-office position with some remote flexibility, offering a salary range of $40,000–$60,000, discretionary bonus based on billable performance, health insurance, 401(k), and structured training to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal, legal assistant, or litigation support experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in litigation and developing a long-term legal career.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook required.
• Experience with ProLaw is a plus but not required.
• Base salary generally ranging from $40,000-$60,000, depending on experience.

A growing litigation firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Richmond, Virginia office.

This position supports a collaborative litigation team handling a variety of civil defense matters. Working alongside attorneys and fellow paralegals, you'll play an active role in case development from initial investigation through resolution by assisting with drafting, discovery, factual investigation, and litigation support.

We are moving efficiently and can typically take candidates from first conversation to decision within approximately two weeks.
