Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Paralegal to assist our legal team in managing a variety of cases, particularly in Personal Injury, Civil Rights, and related fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, providing essential support to attorneys and ensuring the efficient operation of our law practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Organize and maintain case files and documentation
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals
• Assist in discovery processes and manage evidence
• Review and summarize medical records and police reports
• Support case management and scheduling of court appearances
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies
• Paralegal certification from an accredited program
• Experience in Personal Injury, Civil Rights, or related fields preferred
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in legal research tools and software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
