Job summary

Wegman Partners’ client, a Philadelphia-based plaintiff's litigation firm, seeks civil litigation paralegals with 2-3+ years of experience to join their Sex Abuse Litigation Department.

Must have e-filing experience in state courts and be able to draft legal documents. Candidates with strong plaintiff's litigation paralegal experience, especially in sex abuse or mass tort, are preferred.

Qualifications

Our client, a top plaintiff's litigation law firm with offices in Philadelphia seeks civil litigation paralegals with 2-3 plus years of experience to join their Sex Abuse Litigation Department.

Must have experience e-filing in state courts and drafting legal docs. Candidates with strong plaintiff's litigation (personal injury, mass tort) paralegal experience preferred but will consider those with strong civil defense litigation paralegal experience as well.

Should have strong case management, preparation, discovery and client intake experience.

Will work on interesting, timely and newsworthy sex abuse and civil rights litigation.

Firm is hybrid/remote.
