Job summary

Ascendion is hiring a litigation paralegal for a well-reputed law firm. They seek a paralegal with experience in sexual abuse, personal injury, or Tort cases to grow within their legal career.

You will support active litigation matters from intake through trial, drafting documents, managing discovery, handling state and federal e-filings, and keeping cases on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Paralegal Certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of court rules, filings, and legal procedures.
• Experience with drafting, discovery, and case management.
• Proficiency in e-filing and Microsoft Office.
• eDiscovery experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually. Pay within this range may be influenced by geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
