Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal injury and sexual abuse cases from inception through resolution, including litigation support.
• Conduct legal research, organize case data, and track lawsuits.
• Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and trial exhibits.
• Maintain positive client relationships, schedule meetings, and keep clients informed on case progress.
• Coordinate with attorneys, witnesses, and experts for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, assembling trial binders and organizing evidence.
• Manage and prioritize a moderate caseload in a collaborative team environment.
