AppleOne Employment Services is assisting a well-established Orlando law firm in finding an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, family law, government law, and general civil litigation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, drafts pleadings and motions, manages discovery, coordinates with clients and experts, and handles Florida state court e-filing, deadlines, and trial preparation for a fast-paced

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
• Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Experience with Florida state court e-filing procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Orlando, Florida.

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a variety of civil litigation matters, including Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Government Law, and General Civil Litigation in Orlando, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing litigation support throughout all phases of a case.

Job Responsibilities

The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys on active litigation matters while providing critical support throughout the case lifecycle. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, preparing deposition and mediation materials, coordinating with clients and experts, reviewing and organizing records, conducting legal and public records research, managing case deadlines, assisting with document production, e-filing documents through Florida courts, and supporting attorneys through trial preparation and litigation proceedings.

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
