Winston Staffing is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal for a boutique firm on Wall Street. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days on site and exposure to international firm work.

Responsibilities include pleadings, discovery, document review, case management, and e-filing in state and federal courts. Bluebooking and cite checking are also required. 4+ years of litigation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate.
• 4+ years' litigation experience.
• Comfortable with litigation support software, efiling, and cite checking.
