Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office with flexibility and mandates arbitration experience.

The candidate will support complex litigation matters, manage filings with AAA, JAMS, and NAM, and handle trial preparation, discovery, and research. Competence in Relativity, Concordance, Word, Excel, and Filesite is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of complex litigation experience, including arbitration experience.
• Knowledge of electronic filing in state and federal courts.
• Knowledge of filing with arbitration institutions.
• Proficiency in Relativity, Concordance, Word, Excel, Filesite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with complex litigation matters.

• Cite-checking and blue booking
• Editing and proofreading documents
• Conducting legal research

Requirements:

• 5+ years of complex litigation experience including arbitration experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work overtime, as needed, including evenings and weekends

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 per year depending on experience.
