Bowman and Brooke LLP in Minneapolis, MN seeks a warranty paralegal to join our team. The role supports trial teams with document preparation, discovery, and trial readiness.

Hybrid work arrangement combines home and in-office days at our downtown Minneapolis office, with nationwide travel as needed. The successful candidate has a paralegal certificate or degree and at least three years of litigation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate with 3+ years of litigation firm experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting demands and deadlines.
• Comfortable with learning new technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings).
• Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case; including updating team on case status.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, including requests, depositions and subpoenas.
• Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms.
• Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage).
• Prepare for trial by compiling materials, coordinating witnesses and exhibits.

We are actively searching for a warranty paralegal to join our team inMinneapolis, MN. Our paralegals play a vital role on our case teams and are respected for their ideas and contributions. We are located in the 150 Tower / Fifth Street Towers in Downtown Minneapolis. This position is hybrid and offers work from home and in-office workdays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings).
• Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case; including taking the initiative to regularly update team members on the status of cases and quickly alerting attorneys to important client and case needs.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions and issuing subpoenas.
• Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms.
• Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage) to ensure information is organized and easy to locate.
• Prepare for trial (including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and issuing trial subpoenas, preparing and managing exhibits, attending trial).

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years’ litigation law firm experience

Compensation

$70,000 to $85,000 (Depends on years of relevant experience)
