• Bill time
• Review court docket to ensure deadlines and documents are in firm file
• Pull and highlight case law in preparation for hearings and submission to courts
• Organize and review client documents and isolate key documents
• Draft discovery responses and/or objections
• Draft basic motions
• Draft communications to court, opposing counsel, and experts
• Prepare materials to submit to experts for their review
• Track deadlines to ensure compliance
• Assist in all areas of trial preparation
