Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and staff.
• Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, performing factual and legal research, reviewing and analyzing documents, and supporting hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.
• Research, organize, and summarize records to assist data gathering and organize information and documents in databases.
• Assist with preparing discovery requests and responses.
• Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses and requests with outside vendors, and live trial support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in its Miami office. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal, preferably in a large law firm setting.
