Job summary

ARASHLAW in Los Angeles seeks a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation, keep case files organized, and help ensure trial readiness.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of litigation experience, sharp knowledge of California state and federal court procedures, and excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced plaintiff firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of California state and federal court filing procedures, service requirements, and court rules.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and electronically file pleadings and case documents.
• Coordinate attorney calendars, court deadlines, depositions, and hearings.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including subpoenas, complaints, summons, discovery, and other litigation filings.
• Propound and respond to discovery, review supporting documentation, and assist with legal research.
• File lawsuits and support motion drafting and case progression.
• Assist with preparation of trial binders, exhibits, appendices, and materials for depositions, court filings, and trial.
• Maintain accurate case files and provide general litigation support as needed.

** Position Overview**

The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys through all phases of litigation and play a key role in keeping cases organized, moving efficiently, and trial-ready. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling a high-volume caseload in a dynamic legal setting.
