Job summary

Bridgeline Solutions is representing a premier AmLaw 100 law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting litigation matters in both California state and federal courts, with strong discovery management, document production, and trial preparation skills.

They will support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation and manage case files, deadlines, and workflows to ensure efficient case progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3+ years of Paralegal experience in commercial litigation.
• Significant experience supporting litigation matters in California and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery and trial.
• Prepare and file pleadings in CA state and federal courts via PACER/ECF.
• Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and workflows.
• Assist with drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs, and exhibits.
• Support deposition, hearings, arbitration, and trial prep logistics.

Our client, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is now seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their LA office. The right candidate will have significant experience supporting litigation matters in both California state and federal courts. They will also have strong discovery management, document production and trial preparation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, arbitration, and trial
• Prepare, organize, and file pleadings and other documents in California state and federal courts, including through PACER/ECF and other e-filing systems
• Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and workflows to ensure matters progress efficiently and accurately
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and finalizing pleadings, discovery, correspondence briefs, exhibits, and appendices
• Support deposition, hearing, arbitration, and trial preparation, including witness materials, exhibits and logistics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
• 3+ years of Paralegal experience in commercial litigation
• Significant experience supporting litigation matters in both California and federal courts
