No two days are exactly alike, but as a General Liability and Professional Liability Paralegal, you'll play a critical role in supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation. Throughout the day, you'll manage case files, conduct legal research, prepare discovery requests and responses, or coordinate the issuance and service of subpoenas, tracking compliance and managing document production. You'll communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and outside counsel to ensure filings, discovery, and scheduling remain on track. You'll also oversee document management systems, monitor deadlines, and support case strategy by ensuring materials are organized, accurate, and readily accessible. On occasion, you will attend hearings and trials in court with attorneys.
