Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a litigation paralegal to join a law firm in Greenwood Village, CO. The role focuses on construction defect cases and supports attorneys through all phases of litigation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of paralegal experience, with strong discovery, trial preparation, and docket management skills. Insurance billing experience is a plus, and the firm encourages diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience preferred.
• Construction defect litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Litigation experience, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and docket management.
• Experience with insurance billing is a plus.
• Candidates with strong general litigation experience and fewer years of experience may also be considered.
