Job Details

We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for the legal industry and is looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.
• Managing and organizing large volumes of complex case-related documents.
• Handling electronic filing in various courts, ensuring that all filings comply with court rules and procedures.
• Providing trial support, including preparing trial binders and exhibits, coordinating witness preparation, and assisting in the courtroom.
• Conducting legal research and preparing memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Coordinating and managing discovery, including document production, document review, and handling of deposition notices.
• Liaising with clients, court personnel, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of all client and firm information.

Qualifications

• Experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Proficient in electronic filing systems and procedures.
• Proven experience in trial support.
• Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong research and report-generating skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professional accountability.
