Job summary

Roberts & Stevens is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented litigation paralegal to join our general litigation team. You will support attorneys with case preparation, draft pleadings and discovery documents, and coordinate timelines for multiple cases.

Duties

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions and discovery documents.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance with legal standards and accuracy.
• Proofread legal documents for clarity, grammar, and adherence to formatting standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Coordinate project management tasks related to litigation timelines and deadlines.
