Job summary

Law Firms in the Carolinas is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its team. You will manage and support plaintiff cases from initial investigation through settlement and litigation, working closely with attorneys.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of plaintiff PI litigation experience and NC/SC exposure, with a strong grasp of discovery, pleadings, and case management across complex matters. This long-term role offers substantive litigation work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience is required.
• Strong preference for candidates with South Carolina and/or North Carolina plaintiff litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience handling personal injury cases through the litigation process, not solely pre-litigation claims.
• Strong understanding of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation procedures, discovery, and case management.

• Assist attorneys with depositions, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Job Title: Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are recruiting confidentially on behalf of an established plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its team.

About the Opportunity

This is a high-priority opportunity for a proven paralegal with substantial plaintiff-side litigation experience in South Carolina and/or North Carolina. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5+ years of hands-on plaintiff personal injury litigation experience and be comfortable managing complex matters throughout the litigation lifecycle.

The firm is looking for one strong, experienced candidate who can step in and make an immediate impact.

Salary & Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
