• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management software.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, medical records, demand packages, and settlement documentation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties.
• Assist with case investigations, document review, deadlines, and litigation preparation.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure all case-related tasks and deadlines are tracked.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and other litigation matters.

This is an opportunity for a skilled paralegal to work on meaningful personal injury matters while supporting cases from initial investigation through settlement and litigation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $80,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
