Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Complex Civil Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume civil litigation defense practice involving MDLs, JCCP matters, mass actions, and other complex litigation. This is a fully remote position requiring availability during Pacific Time business hours.

You will manage large volumes of case documents, discovery, and evidence; coordinate discovery responses and document review; maintain litigation databases and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• 2+ years supporting complex civil litigation.
• Experience with MDL, JCCP, mass torts, and product liability.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle.
• Experience with eDiscovery, document review, and litigation databases.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project-management skills.

• Must be available during Pacific Time business hours.

Preferred

• Employment litigation or personal injury experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, document-intensive litigation.
